Rules of this series awards do not differ for Hunters and Activators, they can be performed in the role of both Hunters and Activators. Awards are of three degrees:

II — second degree award, entry level, in the form of an electronic certificate (PDF or JPG file);
I — first degree award, basic level, in the form of a full-colored paper-printed certificate;
Trophy — prize in the form of a pennant, a plaque, a cup, a special souvenir, etc.

QSO conducted since January 1, 2018 or the subsequent date of inclusion of corresponding reference to RFF and WWFF Directories are valid for “Sanctuary Russia” series awards.

“Sanctuary Russia” award

The “Sanctuary Russia” award is issued for the activation and/or conducting QSO with Activators of RFF-references in different entities of the Russian Federation — oblasts, krays, autonomous oblasts and okrugs, republics, cities of federal subjection.

To obtain the II degree award, it needs to conduct QSO with RFF-references in 22 entities of the Russian Federation.

To obtain the I degree award, it needs to conduct QSO with RFF-references in 44 entities of all 8 Federal Districts of the Russian Federation.

To obtain the Trophy, it needs to conduct QSO with RFF-references in all 85 entities of all 8 Federal Districts of the Russian Federation.

QSO with one reference is sufficient for the credit of the entity of the Russian Federation where this RFF-reference is located.

The activation of the RFF-reference in one entity of the Russian Federation is counted to Activator as 4 entities of the Russian Federation.
The activation of the RFF-reference in one Federal District of the Russian Federation is counted to Activator as 2 Federal Districts of the Russian Federation.

Hunters from South and North America, Australia and Oceania, Africa need half the above mentioned number of entities of the Russian Federation to obtain the award.

“Russian–DX Flora & Fauna” award

The “Russian-DX Flora & Fauna” award is issued for the activation and/or conducting QSO with Activators of FF-references in various territories of the Russian Federation and other territories of the world based on the list of the “R‑150‑S” award.

To obtain the II degree award, it needs to conduct QSO with RFF-references in 10 territories of the Russian Federation and FF‑references in 20 other territories of the world based on the list of the “R‑150‑S” award.

To obtain the I degree award, it needs to conduct QSO with RFF-references in 20 territories of the Russian Federation and FF‑references in 40 other territories of the world based on the list of the “R‑150‑S” award.

To obtain the Trophy, it needs to conduct QSO with RFF-references in 27 territories  of the Russian Federation and FF‑references in 63 other territories of the world based on the list of the “R‑150‑S” award.

QSO with one RFF- or other FF-reference is sufficient for the credit of the corresponding territory based on the list of the“R‑150‑S” award.

The activation of the RFF-reference in one territory of the Russian Federation is counted to Activator as 3 territories of the Russian Federation.

Hunters from South and North America, Australia and Oceania, Africa need half the above mentioned number of territories of the Russian Federation to obtain the award.

Application for "Sanctuary Russia" series awards should be composed in the form of log extract with basic QSO data and sent by e-mail to RFF Team Awards Manager address .

The mailing cost of I degree award is 150 roubles for Russian applicants if sent by ordinary mail or 250 roubles if sent by registered mail as of January 1, 2018 and depends on further Russian Post tariffs change.

The mailing cost of of I degree award for foreign applicants depends on the current international shipping possibility and Russian Post tariffs at the time of sending a registered letter.

The cost of Trophy depends on the Russian Post tariffs and will be announced later.

Payment is made after confirmation by award manager in the way as would agreed with the award manager.

“Sanctuary Russia” series II degree awards and “World Wide Flora and Fauna” series awards can be sent to the applicant at his request in printed paper form with a corresponding covering of postal expenses as mentioned above.
