Diplomas under “Field Flowers” Award Program are issued to radio amateurs all over the world for making QSO’s from outdoor (field) conditions, or QSO’s with QRP-stations, operating outdoor (in the field) conditions, starting at 00:01 UTC January 2016 in accordance with the terms of each specific diploma in the Program.

General conditions:

Duplicated QSO with the same correspondent regardless of the band or mode are not held valid in terms of the Award program completion, even if correspondent uses any additions to his call sign. For example, if the QSO with call sign UR0ET is already credited, any other QSO with DL/UR0ET or UR0ET/a, etc. are considered as duplication and do not counted into score.

Outdoor (field) conditions (/p, /m, /pm) are understood as follows:

1. Operators are using autonomous power supply (batteries, solar panels, generators of all kinds, etc.)
2. Operators are positioned at least 300 meters away from any human settlement. Parks and various recreational areas inside settlements are allowed if the operator is at least 300 meters away from capital constructions, such as houses, summerhouses, apartment buildings, etc, and using an autonomous power supply.

Outdoor (field) operators are obliged to use only QRP output power — no more than 5 Watts output in CW/DIGI or 10 Watts peak output in SSB/FM.

Award applications are filled in according to the standard procedure as a GCR (General certification rule) QSO log extract, including all the standard information regarding QSO’s and additional information according to the specific requirements listed for each type of award and should be sent to the award manager at .

There are three levels of “Field flowers” Award, including:

1. Level III (starting) Award – an electronic copy certificate issued for free;
2. Level II (basic) Award – a hard copy certificate (the cost of issue, including delivery is an equivalent of US $3 in Russian Federation or US $5 to be delivered worldwide)
3. Level I (supreme) Award – which is a prize (the cost of issue, including delivery is an equivalent of US $15 in Russian Federation or US $25 to be delivered worldwide).

“Field Flowers” Award (FF) are issued for:

Outdoor (field) operators (QRP level of power output) according to the following conditions:

1. Level III (starting) Award — 5 (five) QSO made from five different (new) positions;
2. Level II (basic) Award — 10 (ten) QSO made from ten different (new) positions;
3. Level I (supreme) Award — 25 (twenty-five) QSO made from twenty-five different (new) positions;
4. Whereas each new position should be located not less than 500 (five hundred) meters away from the any other one;
5. Outdoor (field) operators are required to specify the coordinates of each location where they made QSO in the “NOTE” section of their application.

Stationary operators (any level of power output) according to the following conditions:

1. Level III (starting) Award — 20 (twenty) QSO made with various QRP operators, who working outdoor (field) — /p, /m, /pm;
2. Level II (basic) Award — 30 (thirty) QSO made with various QRP operators, who working outdoor (field) — /p, /m, /pm;
3. Level I (supreme) Award — 50 (fifty) QSO made with various QRP operators, who working outdoor (field) — /p, /m, /pm.
